1. Fiat Deposit

1.1 Bank Transfer Method via Joint Development Bank (JDB)

  • Your deposit will be processed and credited to your wallet account within 30 minutes after you upload the proof of deposit (*)(**).
    (Your proof of deposit must be clear as well as the amount must be correct.)
  • The minimum amount for deposits via Joint Development Bank (JDB) is 5 USDT.

1.2 Debit/Credit Card Method

  • Your deposit will be credited to your bitqik account within 10 minute – 24 hours (*)(**).
  • The minimum amount for deposits  is 5 USDT.

Remarks:
* The name in the depositing bank account must be the same as with the registered bank information in your bitqik account. If the depositing bank account is under another person’s name, we will process the refund to your deposited bank account.
** Should there be any unexpected issue from your payment gateway side, your deposits might be affected and delayed. The deposit process may then take up to 1-3 business days in order for the bank to verify the amount of your transaction again.

2. Fiat Withdrawal

Transfer to Joint Development Bank (JDB)

  • Withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours (*)
  • The withdrawal amount should be 50 – 50,000 USDT
  • The withdrawn amount can be converted to any of the following currency  LAK, USD, or THB to your bank account (**).
Remarks:

* The withdrawal process may take up to 1-3 business days. 

** The withdrawn amount transferred to a bank account will be converted to the chosen currency based on our currency exchange rate.
