According to exchange.news reporting of Binance’s Security Incident Recovery Update #8, withdrawals reopen progressively from 04:00 UTC on 5 November (11:00 Vientiane) for 69 network-token pairs across Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Base, Tron, Polygon and Sui. Examples cited in that secondary coverage include UNI, AAVE, PAXG and others. Assets open only after security and readiness checks, not all at once; deposits stay open. Binance’s official Telegram channel also confirms the Update #8 headline and the 04:00 UTC 5 November start.
Users should check Binance’s withdrawal or network-status pages before sending, and expect temporary delays. As with earlier updates, no real exchange asks for a fee, password, 2FA code or seed phrase to ‘speed up’ a withdrawal.
